POSHAN+ Nutrition Bites are homemade laddoo-style snacks made with wholesome ingredients like oats, besan or chana, combined with dates, jaggery, dry fruits, coconut and fresh malai. They are prepared fresh in small batches after you order — not pulled from a shelf.
Each bite is hand-rolled, so counts vary slightly by batch. As a guide, a 250g pack typically contains about 8–10 bites, and a 500g pack about 16–20 bites.
We offer 250g and 500g packs for Oats, Besan and Chana Nutrition Bites. Pack sizes and prices are shown on each product page.
Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within the recommended shelf life for best taste and freshness.
Because our bites are made fresh after you order, they are best enjoyed within 15–20 days of delivery when stored properly. You’ll receive them at peak freshness — not after sitting in storage.
Yes. They are made with familiar ingredients and without refined sugar, which makes them a thoughtful everyday snack for children. If your child has specific allergies (especially to nuts or dry fruits), please check the ingredient list before ordering.

No. Sweetness comes from carefully selected natural ingredients, primarily dates and jaggery where used.
We use dates and jaggery for natural sweetness. We do not use refined sugar in our Nutrition Bites.
Yes. Fresh malai is part of our recipes and adds the rich, homemade character you’d expect from traditional laddoos.
Our recipes include dry fruits, which may contain nuts such as almonds, cashews or pistachios depending on the batch. Please check the ingredient list on each product page if you have a nut allergy.
No artificial preservatives are added. We focus on fresh preparation, quality ingredients and proper storage guidance so you receive a product that feels closer to homemade.
Orders are prepared fresh after you place them. We typically prepare and dispatch within 2–3 business days, depending on order volume and delivery location.
We deliver across Pune and nearby areas, including Magarpatta, Hadapsar, Kharadi, Viman Nagar, Hinjewadi and surrounding neighbourhoods. For locations outside our usual delivery zone, contact us on WhatsApp and we’ll confirm availability.
Local Pune delivery charges depend on your location and order size. Applicable charges are confirmed when you place your order or shared on WhatsApp before dispatch. Delivery to other cities may be arranged on request.
Yes. You can order multiple flavours and pack sizes in one request — for example, Oats 250g and Besan 500g together. Message us on WhatsApp with your selection and we’ll confirm availability and delivery.

Because our products are made fresh to order, we do not accept returns. If there is a quality issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will do our best to resolve it.
